I have used FireMountain Gems since they first started business in the 70s. I have Platinum Partner status at their highest 5 star level because of the quantity that I purchase. I am APPALLED that they would change their long standing return policy without so much as a courtesy email or phone call, let a lone honoring the policy as it was in place when certain purchases were made. Hello! We've ordered many items and one othem was Boss' Bead Bag. " One pound of great stuff" - they promise. But reality is different. It is a realy Boss' Trash Bag! Dusty, dirty pieces. The most items are broken! I've got bag of broken stuff. I did not expect this. I'm very disappointed. So if you want to throw your money away buy a Boss' Bead Bag. Order# W777493501019
Worked there for 6 years and fired me on spot. I have had several other friends get fired from there as well. They say they are a family business but get rid of their best employees. I will no longer be supporting their business.
I love fire mountain gems. The prices are the best. The deals are the best. They inspire you. They have videos on how to do anything and everything they offer. Shipping is one flat rate. Once I forgot to add something on an order and called them up, they waived the shipping fee on a new package because my first package had already been packed and taken to be shipped, they are that quick.
