I am NEVER disappointed with the fast shipping, nor quality of items I receive.
The quality of products is usually good. I ordered a Boss' bead bag, looking forward to fun new beads to play with but was sent a bead organizer instead. I realize this is a "grab bag" type of purchase, but was pretty disappointed. The description was an "assortment of beads", so that is what I was expecting. The organizer is nice, but not what I was wanting. The rest of my order is just perfect!
Love this site! Great selection, easy to order, very good prices and fast shipping. Their clearance/$1/Sale section is the very best with quality items rather than left over junk like so many other sites. My first stop for anything concerning beading or wire work.
