Once again....I have to say FMG rocks!!!! Saturday I placed 4 orders from 4 websites. The only only that has arrived is FMG!!!!!!! Artbeads is my back up for things I can't get on FMG and the order still sits in WA state. Bead Factory (just crystals since they have the best price ) shipped my order out yesterday and Fusion Beads is somewhere out there. I just received my first shipment from FMG, I was thrilled to see how carefully my order was packed and I smiled when I saw my invoice was personally signed by an employee. I've been buying from them for years. Can't wait to take the factory/showroom tour. Unfortunately they don't offer those on weekends when we are there typically.
Shipped quite fast coming to Canada, everything was nicely wrapped (ordered ceramic beads) and even got a quick response when I had a question about part of my order. Overall, I'm definitely glad I decided to buy again and will be a repeat buyer for a long time to come!
