RecommendedI just moved into fifteen98 this past October. We actually moved in on Halloween. I must say I love it! We are lucky enough to have washer/driers in unit, a wonderful workout center, and a pool to use in the summer. It is a wonderful apartment community and I also love the cabanas out by the pool. As far as rent, its not to steep. I feel like it is definitely reasonable for the types of apartments that they offer. I have had no issues whatsoever, and absolutely love living in the wonderful apartments of fifteen98 :)
We moved in back at the start of November. So far we love it. The grounds are well maintained and kept clean. We are very happy with our decision to move in to Fifteen98!
We have lived here for almost 2 years. We were here before the property was Fifteen98. When they bought the place it improved so drastically! They've done amazing things with the fitness center, the renovated units, and the outside areas. It really is a wonderful home full of wonderful staff and neighbors. Can't recommend it high enough.
We have had a good experience so far. The staff is friendly, the maintenance crew is quick to respond to work orders, and it’s affordable. It is close to all the shopping and restaurants you could want!
So fare been here for almost three years it’s been okay just very weird neighbors under me. But my other neighbors are very friend.

The most Amazing Pet-Friendly, with 3 Dog Parks. An awesome Gym. We are able to rent a spacious garage on the property. It makes thing so convenient for storage. We live next to a well-maintained park and Creek/walking path area. Would highly recommend these apartments.
I’ve loved living at Fifteen98. My neighbors are great, and we have had great service with any of our needs while we’ve been here! Feels like home.
Nice quite community, kept clean and safe. Great location for a communter being so close to the expressway. Also great location to the stores and restaurants. The management team also hold events every month for the People who live here and that is super nice and makes you feel appreciated.
