Horrible place to live. Customer service with the management is horrendous. They don’t answer the phones or just basically tell you they can’t do much of anything. Have had numerous issues with appliances breaking. Water heater leaking causing carpet damage and being told that it was our fault. I could keep going on about this place but I would highly recommend to look else where. It is not worth living here at all. Though I had little problems when Addison migrated to fifteen 98 initially, Apartment is good, Staff is good and maintenance is good. no issues after that.
I used to live there with family for 2 years. We had a great experience there with staff, and work requests were done promptly and professionally. When we moved out, they only charged about 3 hundred (my last landlord charged us $3000 when we left...) I don't understand why there are bad reviews but from our personal aspects, that is a well-managed apartment by far.
