I moved in on March 17 the 1st day of the Shutdown caused by covid 19. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and like it very much especially my little balcony. Maintenance has been timely and neighbors are wonderful. J m mahlberg

I will never live here. After touring the property and applying for an apartment, I paid the $175 application fee. They never captured that payment and canceled the transaction. In the meantime, I found a different place to live, and they retroactively charged me AGAIN for that fee, despite the fact that I was not going to live there. Emails to the leasing manager went unanswered. I told them that I had already paid the fee but THEY failed to capture it. I don't see how that turned into my problem. DONT COUNT on them for anything. They will always do nothing about anything. I’ve leaved there for the past 2 years. I pay for a premier parking spot. when someone park in my spot. I have to take actions by myself because they won’t send a tow truck. 2nd I found HOMELESS people last year under the back staircase. And they did nothing about it. 3rd the landscape comp blew grass and debris on my car and Guess what. They made excuses and said they’re a very reputable company. You know what. We found and signed our contract without even seeing the apartment in person. You’re probably thinking that I’m crazy, but we had to do it that way. My family of four moved from Chattanooga, TN to Naperville, IL. The staff was very helpful prior to moving in and still has been very helpful with answering my questions and concerns this past month. Do not rent from these people. Had two leases with them without incident. We never had a late rent payment. I went in to try to get out of the lease early. We were told that we would have to pay 2 months in advance. We opted to just pay the rest of the lease because we only had 2 months left. They noted it and we are ready to vacate the apartment. I recommend fifteen 98 Naperville apartments. I have been here for two years and I enjoy staying here. I love having my dog
The staff is awesome and always very helpful, they are also involved with their community with emails checking in surveys and fun planned special occasion parties, they communicate when changes are made in the community. Loved the price, clean, cozy, renovated all new appliances. Amenities include gym and pool, with grills and cabanas. Very quite and love the neighborhood. Just a minor downfall on pavement of my garage opening, but that can be fixed. Overall its been a breezy easy move in experience as well as stay.
