RecommendedIt's a great complex with everything you need near by. only down fall is listening to your neighbors dogs bark ALL DAY EVERYDAY! and no one does anything about it.
I have lived on the property for over 2 years now! I have loved it and will continue to live here! Amazing apartments at a great price! I currently live in a very nice, updated one bedroom apartment with an office. It is fully updated with new counter tops, appliances, hardwood floors, etc. It is awesome!
Courteous staff and one of the best maintenance crews I've ever experienced. And the fact that they have appreciation parties for their tenants makes living here a cut above other complexes.
Nice place to live. Apt is fully renovated and maintenance is always quick to come after requests. They are helpful plowing the parking lots and putting salt on the sidewalks during the winter as well
My daughter and I moved here last May and have only good things to say about our experience as part of the Fifteen 98 community. 👍👍👍👍👍
My first maintenance request under the new(ish) management was a big one. The fan on the furnace had died and it was in the teens outside. I called and got an off site call center which worried me, but when I told her what was wrong, she got ahold of local maintenance and told me they would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. They were there in ten. They confirmed my diagnosis of the problem (fan/blower) and installed the replacement they had brought with them. I had the opportunity to work with Mariza. Since I moved from another state. She did a great job at keeping in contact with me and sending an electronics lease. We’ve lived here for a year, and have had no issues! Maintenance gets to work orders within a day and are always friendly! During snow they plow and salt quickly. Office staff is very friendly in person.
