I was having trouble logging onto my account. I had called in earlier this week and the issue still was not resolved. I called back in today and Ed Robertson went above and beyond to assist me. He was very patient and stayed on the phone with me until I was able to log onto my acct. He did some trouble shooting and was able to assist me without me having to call back in. He was very pleasant and had exceptional customer service skills. Thanks Ed.

Ed Robertson was my representative today at RTX. He was very courteous and helpful. All I needed today was to change my name on a reservation, but he took care of my problem in the most effortless manner. RTX has been there for my family in planning cruises or mountain getaways for our daughters' honeymoons or short vacation escapes for a breath of fresh air. We plan to continue to travel with RTX.
