Your RTX Premium Plus owes me a refund for a hotel room I canceled on March 29, 2016. A complete package of nothing but BULLSHIT!!...hourlong presentation of complete BS on what the program offers (presentation is made up moments before to reflect answers based on the little survey prior to the presentation on your travel interest) but in given a moment to review the company you realize your being duped of your hard earned money and then having to listen to the obnoxious salesperson who is all offended because you pass on their great deal!!...Run people run...don't waste your vacation time listening to this S... read more
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I've been trying to call for 2 days and both numbers that are listed is saying the extension is not available. For the money you guys ask for, I should never have this problem.

Horrible company they ripped me off, I was told if I canceled within 3 days in writing, I would get a full refund, have not heard from them since and now I have to cancel my debit card to make sure they don't charge it anymore.
Nothing is as promised! They lied through their teeth. Abel is a very persuasive salesman, going back tomorrow and if they do not grant a full refund everyone here will know the truth!
Be cautious of locations that you book through RTX. They do not stand behind the quality of what you thought you were getting. We recently booked and requested an oceanfront/renovated room and neither were honored despite us contacting the resort directly. When RTX was contacted they were not willing to credit our points. A lovely thing to do if you're retired everyone there their hospitality has been to the highest level and the only time we lost a unit was because it was overbooked and they found us one even nicer.....we have been very pleased with our ownership And we feel thats the best investment we've ever made, even though it's a bit pricey at times with maintenance fees and guarantees for some other resorts which we have been untimely in requesting some of the resorts but its always worked out in a favorable and pleasant stay at every... read more
WE WERE TOLD IN FEB. 2015 THAT WE WILL HAVE A NICE CONDO TO FIT 8 PEOPLE FOR A WEEK, ONLY TO WAIT FOR THIS DAY TO FINALLY GET HERE AND WE ALL FROM DIFFERENT STATES DROVE 7 HRS TO A VERY FILTY CONDO, CHEERIOS IN THE COUCH, COUCH WAS RIPPED, BED WAS ABOUT TO COME APART, KEY BOX FELL APART AS SOON AS YOU TOUCH IT AND DIRTY BATHROOM! RTX TOLD US ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND TOLD US WE SHOULD CONTINUE OUR WEEK VACATION LIKE THIS, I THINK NOT!
