Today , I had the pleasure of speaking with Ed Robertson who was so patient , kind and accommodating! To be honest it was my third call, and he was by far the best rep I had spoken to! He took the time to find what we were looking for - which our timeshare company couldn't offer . Most importantly he was patient , something I could not say about the previous reps I had spoken with . Very happy with Ed's customer service today . I work in customer service and Ed really knows how to do his job and treat customers right!

I called for a resort exchange in a busy month of the year and talked with Zack W and was very impressed with his knowledge and how he explained what would work best for us. Even that there is not a unit open at this time he explained the process and what we could do on this.

Called this morning with a booking question. I spoke to Ed Robertson, and what a joy to have great customer service! In our rush, rush world it is nice to have someone greet you and genuinely care about your needs. Friendliness and willingness to help. RTX lied to us at a Charleston presentation to get us to give them$7300 for a premium membership. We believed them when they promised us twice that yes they not only could get us Disney annual tickets, but at 70% off. This was in October. My husband had surgery in November so we didn't call until this month to get our tickets and found out it was a hoax. Zac and some other guy told me it was too late to get money back and said it was our word against theirs and that he wouldn't even look into it. No supervisor available. NO ... read more
