I have called RTX several times during the last two weeks. I have been lucky enough to speak with Zac W. on those calls. Zac was very polite and tried to accommodate all of my requests. I look forward to speaking with him again!

Spoke with Daniel this a.m. and was panic stricken about a reservation. In short order, Daniel, had calmed me down and reassured me all was well and he walked me through all my questions with his knowledge. I so appreciated his help and kindness.
I had a issue with my membership and the person I dealt with was named Weston. He knew how to solve the issue in a timely manner and I was happy with his work.
