I spoke with Ed Robertson today about exchanging my timeshare and a reservation and he was very helpful and very polite. I was very pleased with his customer service.

We canceled our package within the time frame that was set out in our paperwork in Sept and they are still taking it out of our bank account. Everytime I call to see why it's happening I'm always told the same thing "I'm not sure why either, I'll send an email and someone will either call or email u back shortly". 4 phone calls like this later and no one has ever contacted us. I have been in this for a little over a year...I have been pleased so far that we even upgraded..I still have alot to learn how to use.....looking toward many great vacations with my family!
We signed up on Tuesday. They said it would take 24 hours to get online to register. We waited until Thursday evening, it wouldn't accept our email. We called our contact at 8:30am Friday. He said he would fix it and call us back. At 3:00pm we called him back because we hadn't heard from him. He said he was going into a session and would call us back. It is nowhat 5:00 pm and we still haven't heard from him and still can't get registered. Did we just get ripped off? ????
