I had four getaway vacations that were cancelled by RTX because of "glitches" in their system. Stating others were booking the vacation at the same time. FOUR TIMES!!! This is a violation of truth in advertising. If the vacation has supposingly been booked it should have been removed. Instead a bait and switch is offered to give you another date, time or location. Daniel was a great on trying to find me a vacation for this year and next year. He gave me a great suggestion on figuring out what to do.
I have tried to contact them for the last 9 months and all they do is place me on hold and never come back to me. I have 16000 points I can't use because of them. I think everyone that has a fiesta account should get together with a class action against the all I have heard is bad things about them and I agree, that they have not held up to their end of the deal.
Worst customer service ever if you just go online and pay them or book, heaven help you if there is issues or you need to speak to someone. I have finally spoke w Cliff in another dept that is trying to help. The deeded weeks dept doesn't have time.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Los Abrigados in Sedona, AZ. We booked the vacation 9 months in advance and had no problem with RTX. They were very accommodating. They have since called us to offer 4 choices of 4 day vacations for ANY of the 12 months forward. I was not interested at this time, but was given the managers name for that shift so I could call back when we were interested. I could not ask for more.
The fastest, least expensive way to exchange timeshare weeks for world-wide locations. We have used them numerous times and asked them to find unique locations - results have been outstanding!!! You can ask them to find a specific location rather than looking for locations generally and getting frustrated.

I have had great experience with them. I only had one problem and they quickly fixed it.
In Aug. 2013 I started requesting for a vacation destination search with travel rtx exchange for orlando, florida family oriented resort for kids and so far haven't got an offer acceptable for my search...
I am so frustrated with RTX. Can't get a straight answer out of anybody. Very difficult to find availability. Anybody else having these problems?
