I called RTX on 3/8/17 for guidance on how the system worked. I spoke with Representative Ed Robertson who was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. My knowledge of how to use RTX was zero, and he was very informative on what and how to use the exchange program. When I get ready to actually use the exchange system I will definitely call back and specifically request that Ed assist me.

Today, I called in for a second time. Unfortunately, we were calling in to redo our earlier reservation. This time, we got Winston, who helped me incredibly. He managed to undo my previous reservations, based on my husband and I having had a miscommunication. Our fault, not RTX's. Winston was most gracious and found a great way to resolve our dilemma. Our children will still have their anniversary get-away, and my husband and I get a vacation out of it as well. Thank you so much, Winston for your great assistance.
