Ed assisted me in finding a resort in the Branson area that matched exactly what I wanted. He was the most pleasant person to deal with. When he suggested Stone Bridge Village he directed me to their web site so I could view the resort on line which sealed the deal. When using RTX in the future I will definitely ask for Ed to assist me again.
