Called RTX today 3/22/17 about doing a search for upcoming vacation.So fortunate to speak to a rep by the name of Ed (sorry forgot your surname). Talk about someone with patience,I never used this service and had a million questions all of which were answered..Hope on my follow up call I get to speak with him.
