I had the opportunity to speak with a very nice gentleman named ED. He was very kind, helpful, and extremely determined to help me with my "log in" problem. Not only did he listen to me, but he worked hard to find and fix the problem. Again I would like to say thanks ED for a job well done.

I had several questions regarding exchanges. I am a Festiva Owner and was interested in exchanging with RTX. I spoke with the nicest representative, Jameson. He was very knowledagble, informative, polite and friendly. He was very helpful! I'm sure I will be contacting RTX again for future vacations and getaways.
