I was having trouble accessing hotels after typing in the name of the city for four days. All I got was a message that said "Sorry we are not able to find any locations." Very frustrating. Then trying to call rtx this afternoon, the 3 phone numbers I could find on the website, the answer said I was being transferred to someone. I let it ring for a LONG time for each number and got no answer. Also frustrating! I contacted customer service today and was fortunate to be connected with a gentleman named Daniel who was very helpful. His professionalism and courtesy was a pleasant welcome to a absolute awful day that I was experiencing.
