I received an email today from RTX and had questions. Phoned in and got a gentleman named "Jameson". He answered all my questions about booking and explained the various levels of membership to me. I found it easy and advantageous to upgrade from Basic membership to Premium after speaking with Jameson- he explained everything to me thoroughly. Jameson is one of the best customer service agents I've spoken to in a long time! He is an asset to RTX.

I have had fabulous help from Ed, who calmed all my fears about having booked a reservation correctly. He was very personable and really cared that I understood how RTX reservations work.

I contacted customer service today and was fortunate to be connected with a gentleman named Daniel who was very helpful. His professionalism and courtesy was a pleasant welcome to a absolute awful day that I was experiencing.
