Daniel was extremely helpful, found my search quickly, suggested the Exclusive week as a possibility if our search does not find something, and how our Premium Plus membership will give us a really low price for the full week. Also suggested I could ask for him next time I call, he wants to be the one to help me.

I called and spoke to Daniel to resolve a situation and he got it resolved quickly and efficiently.
I called to have rtx do a custom search for a winter vacation. Daniel was very courteous and helped me understand my options. He also encouraged me to mark my calendar to continue the search every 30 says so I do not lose my place. We enjoyed a Sedona vacation last Feb. Through Rtx.

RTX is always my go to place for planning our vacations. I like the fact that I can build a relationship with one person there who gets to know my travel preferences. Josh is who I like to have help me for all my questions and vacation. He makes me feel as if there is nothing else in the world that he needs to do but help me out.
