I have to say after being a member for a few years now that today was a pleasure and a relief to speak to ED he was so helpful and informative !! What a breath of fresh air !! I am usually stressed and upset after trying to book a vacation. I am happy to say NOT TODAY ! Thank you ED it was a pleasure :)

Giving a big shout out to RTX Travel Rep. SHIRLEY YAMONACO who was such a help to us. Due to health problems we were about to lose a banked week due to inability to travel. It is next to impossible to get anything without booking months in advance. Shirley spent hours trying to help us and finally succeeded.
