Called RTX with a few questions and received excellent customer service from Daniel. All questions answered clearly and all issues quickly resolved. Great first experience.

I just booked with RTX today and I was assisted by Ed and he is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I always prefer to talk to female when I'm trying to book or deal with other stuff thru the phone but now I wouldn't mind doing it with a male as long as they're like Ed.
