Just got off the phone with Zac. He was helpful in finding out what points I had available to use, and when they would expire. I liked that he explained some of the online options I can check for using my points.

I've been having a bit of trouble understanding timeshares, points, etc so I decided to call RTX thinking and hoping someone there could help me.
