Ed was so helpful and polite, he really helped me understand how to book a cruise. He answered all my questions and then some. We even had a laugh or two. Having personal like Ed is what makes RTX easy to work with. Ed let me think about this cruise and I will get back to you. Thanks again for taking the time to help me and make me feel a part of RTX.

I needed a hotel in Charleston for work and spoke with Zach. He was very helpful in finding a hotel for us and worked perfectly. And Zach was so friendly and pleasant. Hopefully I can ask for him in the future.
