On Thursday May 25,2017 I spoke with Zac. He was very helpful searching hotels for me. He walked me through each step of the process for future use. Zac took time to also explore other options for upcoming travel using RTX. Zac explained other member services I was not using and how earning points could be used for future travels. Zac made my day!!!
