I had a chance to talk to Ed today and I was pleased with how he handled my situation with my reward points and he handle it very quickly, thanks Ed. Soon as I got off the phone with him my points was already posted to my account. Great service. :)

Ed was amazing! He got me a vac in Branson, Mo with very creative finesse ! I am going the week of 4th July!!! He took great care to help me get an economical stay at my resort of choice and at my date request. He went above & beyond to get it done! I had been calling daily to get a reservation & Ed did it! Thank you !!

Daniel was great help I was unable to log into my account I never received the yearly statement in the mail he was able to reactivate my account and waive the reactivation fee.
