Ed was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience for the first visit since membership began. ; ) Second call a month later, Ed answered the phone and again SUPER HELPFUL, very patient, and assisted me in finding some RTX exchanges I might use next year. Thank you all so much :)

I needed to reset my password today because I was unable to login. I called RTX and spoke with ED who was very helpful in getting that done and really appreciate his help. Now maybe I can plan my next vacation.
