Called RTX today to deposit some vacation weeks and got to talk to Ed. He was very helpful in explaining the process and what I could expect next to book a vacation through the exchange service. He was very kind and considerate to my questions which there were many. This is all new to me and I am learning the system. With Ed's help I hope to now begin booking some vacations. Thank you again Ed for being so helpful your great customer service meant a lot to me.

Zack was very helpful explaining to me serval things I did not understand about the Voyages and RTX. He was very patient and I was pleased to know that I could actually speak to him again for my future needs with vacations. So far he has been the main one or the only one that has been able to explain to me the difference in using the RTX portion versus the voyages portion of our membership.
