Thanks to Zach for being so patient and helpful when my reservation confirmation wouldn't download from the email. After resending it twice with no better results, he's printing it out to mail to me. This was the weirdest thing I've ever seen having to do with an email attachment. One attachment came through perfectly, but the confirmation just wouldn't go through AOL for some reason. Never happened to me before, and I've had lots of confirmations.

i talked to Shirley this morning and she did a great job explaining how the exchange program works and helped guide me step by step how to use the website. She is helping me plan my husband and I's 10 year anniversary. again very polite and very helpful. Thank You Mrs Shirley!
