I had a great experience on the phone today with Rtxvoyages and Shirley made that happen because I was confused and upset and not please with the service. By the end if our phone call she (Shirley) made that frown turn into a smile which is very hard to do. I appreciate her (Shirley's) patient kindness and friendly voice and all her help, also extra help. She went over and above wow.... Thanks!!!!!!
