I really can't say much about RTX right now because I just became a member. I can say that Mrs. Shirley has great customer service, she were so helpful in showing me around the website and how to utilize different sections. I give her a thumbs up.

I find RTX very good to work with when booking a vacation. They always follow up on your search if nothing is presently available. Shirley was the representative who took care of my booking this last time and she was most pleasant, patient, helpful and professional. She happened to get me in the perfect location I've been trying to for a while now. I would give her ten stars (10*).
