We went to Ferguson with our daughter to get a new car. We went there because our son had bought a car several years ago from Susan Gandy and I really liked the way she dealt with him. While we were there, we saw the great deal our daughter was getting and we decided to get a new car and replace our 10 year old, 147,000 mile van. We bought a beautiful Buick Encore! Susan Gandy was WONDERFUL. She made sure we were happy with it and didn't try to talk us into anything. I would definitely recommend Ferguson and Susan Gandy.

I will start off by saying I love the car I purchased. It is after the purchase I’m very disappointed with. This is the first time I have purchased a car new or used where the dealership didn’t detail or at least clean the vehicle before taking delivery of it. Then at the advice of my salesperson I called the service dept to find out when the last oil change was performed and was told they had no record. Very disappointed that they would sell a vehicle without knowing if basic maintenance is up to date.
We came from Amarillo, Texas. We had a wonderful experience and bought a car at Ferguson Buick GMC. We highly recommend Katy Snow. She was wonderful to work with. Katy stayed late to make sure we had the exact car we wanted. We will come back from now on to buy our cars!
