My salesman was Austin Bryant. He was very helpful in finding the right product for me, knowledgeable of the product, not pushy, and followed up on details. He also took the time to walk me through setting up various features on the car after the purchase was complete, even though it was past closing time. He’s a good guy— and that’s coming from someone who generally does not trust car salesmen. Everyone else I dealt with throughout the purchase was friendly, polite and efficient as well.

Update, appt at 11 this morn, it's now 1:46 and no call that my vehicle is done!!! I just don't understand what the point is making an appointment for car service when clearly it's pointless. I'm at FERGUSON GMC in NORMAN, OK and for a standard oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection is going to be (told up to 2 hours wait! ) I really don't enjoy wasting my time sitting and waiting on people who didn't schedule an appointment or because whoever schedules these appointments are inept, it's either one of the two. ... read more
I was so pleased with the service I received at Ferguson Buick GMC, Josh Krinsky and Devon Dwyer were fantastic to deal with! They didn't pressure me at all and was patient with all my many questions! The financing department was great too. Mike Wilkerson WAS hands down the best financing person I have dealt with at a dealership. If your not shopping here your are costing yourself money and time. I will call Josh and Devon with all my car needs and recommend them to anyone who is in the market!
