I didn’t buy my truck at Ferguson’s and it was not their fault, but I blame it on COVID 19. 2020 just didn’t leave a lot to choose from in trucks. I had already found one at a different dealership that I loved, but felt it was more then I wanted to pay monthly. This dealership was amazing. They are so nice! Gage was our sales person and literally went above and beyond to make sure we got into our truck and that it had all the features we wanted. We even flew in from California and he was willing to pick us up from airport. HANDS DOWN best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Service advisors are great. work hard to get you in and out. Last time I was in for an oil change the process was about 30 minutes.
Terry Epperson was amazing! Made us feel comfortable and at home! We had a bad experience somewhere else the day before and he gave us such a great deal on our trade in and car we wanted!!!!!! Won’t go anywhere else!!!!
