Being honest in the service department would be a huge improvement. Estimating 2 hours of labor on a job that takes no more than 30 minutes is dishonest. Losing a screw and not telling the customer is dishonest. Letting the customer leave with an incorrect screw in the engine is dishonest. This occurred to a customer that even bought the car at the dealership. Buyer beware.
For a family buying a vehicle isn’t an easy task from picking the right one suitable for everyone and making sure it’s the right price for you is another! We are beyond grateful for our experience with Ferguson! KATIE was just amazing! Great place to buy from. We originally went to Joe Cooper Ford Yukon and were lied to and our credit was shotgunned. Came in and talked to Michael Wilkerson and he was honest and upfront with us about our credit. John Collins and the director went to work and got us approved within 2 hours when we sat at the other dealership for hours. Grant our salesman was amazing as well. If you want a dealership that values your business and treats you with respect then choose Ferguson!
