RecommendedStaff was quick to greet and get my truck in. Was told it would be about an hour for oil change and inspection. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I cannot complain about anything here.
Posting accurate prices and/or transparency regarding the conditionality of the incentives would go along way... typical.

Thanks to Brian and crew for getting me in quickly for a tune-up and conveniently scheduling an accessory install. Brian was friendly and helpful. I’m thankful because he made my life easier! I’ve used all areas of Ferguson (bought a new truck, sold a used car to their used car dealer and not as a trade-in, and their service). Each time, I’m impressed and happy with their service. I don’t consider them a “car dealer,” but I consider them one of my local resources.

Called about a 2019 gmc Arcadia, was told since I didn’t own or have a lease on a gmc that price would be 2k more...went to hudiburg gmc in Midwest City. Told them what Ferguson said and they laughed said I was the 6th person that day to say the same thing. They showed me that gmc is giving 2500 off if you don’t own a gmc. So We bought a better version than what Ferguson offered for 1k less, also received the 2500 off, instead of paying 2k more .
We worked with a salesman who helped my husband while he was physically in the store. Once he left and had to finish the deal over the phone everything went downhill. They ran our credit and told us they would call us ASAP. We had to keep calling them and still got no answers. It’s now been OVER A WEEK and still nothing. We have even tried to call the GM with no response
