What a horrible experience. Was told they had 8000 worth of rebates on the car we picked out. Than after 3 hours of sitting around was told only 4500 in rebates. Than we were only offered 7500 on a car with a blue book between 11000 and 13000. I would stay far away from this place. Very dishonest people and total waste of my day

Just bought my Buick Encore before Christmas and it was the least stressful vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Jim Donovan was absolutely amazing! He showed me how to work every function on my Buick, introduced me to people in the service department, and showed me around if I ever needed to bring my vehicle in for service. If anyone needs a new vehicle Jim is your guy!
Such a shame to have horrible service AFTER the purchase of an $80,000 Denali. EIGHT+ weeks still waiting to get my Denali into service. I purchased a 2016 truck with 2500 miles on it. We were told it would have the full bumper to bumper warranty. The truck was sold to us with aftermarket wheels. We found out all the lugs are the wrong thread pattern. All of my studs and all of my lug nuts need replaced and Ferguson is saying they won't fix it. I'm not a happy customer. And this won't be the last place I tell people about how unhappy I am. The dealer should have checked out the truck more thoroughly.
