This was by far the best service I've experienced while getting my car repaired. They went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was taken care of. They even gave me a loaner car while I waited. They are super friendly and even called a week later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will definitely be back to service my car and will look there first to purchase a new one when I am ready.
The staff are very friendly --- my husband and I like this dealership! My only negative comment was we came in Saturday for an oil change & tire rotation --- Had a 10:30 appointment and it took almost a full 2 hours (should have taken no more then 1 hour) --- they said they were 2 guys down due to calling out sick --- I understand things happen out of their control --- but what would have eased the irritation is if they had told us when we arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment that they were running about an ho... read more
Arrived on time for vehicle to be serviced. Waited in lounge for a while. When picking up vehicle I ran into a few minor problems that they did not correct. After visiting with service department they failed to take care of the vehicle. Service department guy was not helpful at all. Had to go talk to the main manager about the incident. Very poor customer service. We even bought the car brand new, off the showroom floor, there.
