Very friendly and much faster than other car lots.
Stopped by yesterday to look around at trucks and found one we really liked. Came back today to try and get approved for financing. Terry and Rocky did a great job working with us and getting us approved. Left the dealership as first time truck buyers and couldn't be happier.
I literally just left the dealership. They had a price listed on the website for 21000. I called and said is this the right price. They said it was. I came in same exact vehicle and stock number and it was 10k more. Then they took my phone and raised the price. When I asked them they said there is nothing we can do about it. How can you trust a place like this? I never have given a bad review but this was unvelievable. I have contacted the bbb.
Had a GREAT buying experience here. Was shopping for a car with my daughter who is in college and found the perfect one. Used cars here were WAY Better taken care of then some of the other dealerships we went to. No hassle, got to test drive with no salesman in the back seat. Our sales guy was excellent and very professional. Easy negotiations on the price as well. Overall great experience. Seems they are customer service driven. Kudos to whoever runs this place. I would definitely recommend to others.
Had great service here, Randy (our salesman) and Jeff (manager) gave us a great deal on two new trucks. We will definitely return whenever we need more new trucks. We were seriously impressed with the transparency and level of service we received (not to mention they had to order both of the trucks (one from out of state).
Richard Schubach was awesome! We talked to him through email and he waiting on us when we showed up. Our financer worked for us and did what we could do!!!
CROOKS Just FYI 90% of the time your warranty will be pro rated guess who keeps that money if you don't speak up 6 cars later I end up 6k upside down thanks Rocky AKA thief went into the deal 6k to the good
