My wife and I had to be a pain but our salesman never pushed us into anything. They all stayed awhile past closing time to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. When trying to figure out exactly what suv we wanted we had several cars pulled out of the parking space looking at them. We had told Sean what we wanted and he ran all over the place looking for certain features grabbing keys and what not. Never felt pushed in to extras we didn't want or need. They all went over and beyond.
It's been a couple of years since I stepped foot in the place and will not shadow their doors again. After buying 3 used and 3 new vehicles, my wife and I went in and was ready to buy another new vehicle. After finding what we wanted some arrogant sales manager named Lance got rude with and didn't even act as if he wanted to deal with us and at that point I just looked at the salesman and told him that the little sawed off you know what cost him a sale. Really disappointed in Ferguson GMC in Norman. When I purchased my 2014 Pickup I was told I had lifetime oil changes. As it turns out today after having to pay $ 66.42 I find out that isn't so. After buying 5 vehicles from Ferguson, I doubt I will buy a sixth one.

Classic bait and switch dealership DO NOT believe the TV ads!!! You come in looking for what you saw on the internet or TV or radio and surprise we don't have that. What they do have is something you don't want for more money. Go somewhere else use cargurus dot com or cars dot com app.
I didnt have to give a star I wouldn't! Just so everyone knows.. don't EVER buy anything from Ferguson in Norman! They screwed us so bad and we are having to pay for a truck that we can't even use. THREE DAYS AFTER IT WAS BOUGHT so many things went wrong with it and now we are stuck trying to fix a truck that has a ton of problems and is a small fortune to fix. And they won't help out with any of it. We will be getting a lawyer.
