Took my Buick Enclave in for an oil change which only took about an hour. They rotated tires, checked everything under the hood. Found a slight leak in the process which I need to take it back in to have fixed. I have worked with Service Rep Brian for many years and he is always courteous, well informed, helpful. I have used another establishment for oil changes in the past and always ended up with oil drips in my drive and garage afterwards. No drips from Ferguson!!! Thank You!!

I bought a 2007 Ford expedition from this dealership thinking that they were a good place to get a used car well I find out 29 days later that the motor was no good I called them to talk to them and they told me it’s not their problem it’s my problem it’s my car now there’s nothing that they can do for me so therefore I have to be out of $3000 for an engine and I paid $6750 for the expedition.
