Fire the used car manager. I bought a $55,000 vehicle from Ferguson in 2017, bought a car for my daughter in 2018 and get treated like crap by the used car manager over several days in 2019. There’s plenty of other dealers.

My husband and I just bought a car from here. Our sales guy was Mike from used cars and he was great. Such a nice, honest man. We told him what we were looking forward and in our price range and he got it for us. Rocky are finance guy was awesome! He was quick, friendly, honest and got us a warranty that we could afford. Because of these 2 guys we will definitely be back to buy more cars from them and we will be telling our friends and family to come here!!! Thanks for the awesome customer service!!
We worked with Nick in new car sales and Mike W in finance both were great! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Mike went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible with the bank. The staff was never pushy and Brad and Mike even stayed late on Friday night to talk it over with us. We drove from Ft Sill to buy from Ferguson because they beat everyone else in the area on price and we love our new Sierra!
Great salesman Bailee, our experience with Ferguson Buick GMC was great from the first time talking to Bailee on the phone to buying our 2019 GMC Acadia. The staff was wonderful they were so kind. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a new vehicle. Outstanding bunch of people.
