Do not order from Farmgirl Flowers! They ship via UPS without any cooling packs or water for the flowers. I received a bouquet almost 2 weeks ago for my birthday...and they were wilted and brown from the heat as they sat on a truck all day (it’s been in the 80s- it is summer- Farmgirl should anticipate this and prepare their flowers accordingly). BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. BAD FLOWERS ... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND... NOT A WORD. FIRST & LAST EXPERIENCE.
The flowers that are sent were not what were expected the quality was not good and they flowers were not like in picture and much smaller than expected. Please change my don’t recommend to recommend due to their quick response in sending new flowers which will hopefully be much better.
Thank you for the flowers that my husband ordered from you. I received them on June 12, as promised. The flowers were stunningly beautiful especially with the burlap, and the service was exceptional. This will be my go-to place for all my flower needs. *Also, I love the peonies and the smell of the eucalyptus.
