Ordered beautiful flowers for a friend last year. They were stunning. So I ordered again for my mom back on Mother’s Day. Sadly they sat on a fed ex truck allllll day (even though it was supposed to be delivered by 10am). It’s hot here in Phoenix. I was so disappointed that I spent my money on wilted, ruined flowers. RecommendedSo impressed with the bouquet of flowers my husband ordered me! They arrived the next day and the bouquet was huge compared to what you would get for that price from other flower vendors. Definitely worth it for the price he paid and I hope to get more!
The flowers could arrive looking like the picture that you order from.... they were squished in a box and looked nothing like the picture
I was so excited to send these to my mother for her birthday. When COVID hit and I saw that the warehouse was closed for a few I was worried that I would not be able to order this year. I was so excited to be able to place my first order and could not wait for the lavish response from my mom. I am so sad right now that what i ordered is not what she received. The flowers we wilted, half dead and certainly not like the picture I chose from.

We had some hiccups with my orders that I placed. I have ordered from them three times and I love the story of the company and their beautiful products. When I reached out for support, I received a very timely response along with immediate action to remedy the situation. When the remedy didn’t work because of circumstances outside of Farmgirl’s control, they tried again to deliver service.
