Would not recommend purchasing from this website. The pictures online do NOT match the product that is delivered. Reached out to customer service and they offered to send me a new arrangement and it was exactly the same as the first one I received that I was disappointed in.

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered this arrangement to be delivered on 11/25. It arrived 11/27c after following the tracking and being told there was no updated delivery date. They arrived looking wilted and sad and never recovered. Was looking forward to this arrangement to be the centerpiece for Thanksgiving.

Although the flowers might be beautiful, they arrived wilted and battered. I received arrangements for two different occasions. I could see they were probably beautiful when packaged. By the time they arrived they were not in the best shape. I believe it’s all in the packaging, I can only assume the flowers got tossed around in the box, really no protection in the packaging process.

I have had great experiences with Farmgirl up until this last order. I ordered what looked like beautiful ilex berries. Many of them came already bruised or broken. A week later they look horrible and dying. I will stick with flowers next time.
I would suggest answer to the messages at least. Very bad experience.
I received flowers as a gift last month and was overwhelmed with how amazing the flowers are! They lasted nearly a month and came in a cute denim bouquet. The best part was the lily bloomed days after I made the arrangement and it was like a whole new design. Simply stunning. My entire house was filled with the scent of fresh flowers from the bouquet....each time I left and returned, I would notice the pleasant flower garden smell.
