I had bought flowers for mother day (late) and when they arrived they were wilted, dead and they smelled. I wrote to customer service and they immediately responded and sent out new and upgraded flower arrangements which are gorgeous. I recommend them highly.
I ordered a small bouquet for my mother in law. Due to Covin the shipping time was a little longer and the flowers arrived wilted. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly. They were so understanding and immediately rectified the problem. My mother in law received a large bouquet next day delivery and she was so thrilled.
