My GF received mothers day flowers from your store, they were not secured in the box and were damaged. I contacted your customer service but have not received the replacement I was told was coming in Tuesday 12th. I did not place the original order and after this will not ever use your service, total failure. BTW if we had posted the pics of the bouquet as soon as it arrived as the inserts asked it would have shown sad bent flowers. Perhaps I'll post them after all. John Thompson
This is the first arrangement we’ve received from Farmgirl Flowers, very impressive. I unpacked the flowers, set them in water with half of the package of little crystals that were sent with the bouquet and let them sit overnight. Cut about an inch of stem off the next morning, took the plastic off of the blooms. WOW !
