Usually the delivered ones are beat up, don’t smell that great, and only last a few days. These flowers were like I had just picked them in my backyard. I ordered “Big Love” to be sent from SF to Oakland. It took 4 days from the time they placed the flowers in delivery’s hands to arrive. Needless to say, the flowers were wilted on arrival. As usual, farmgirl quickly offered to send a replacement. I was next informed there would be a delay in the second shipment, to July 1. No delivery July 1. I ordered 2 bouquets for 2 friends. The first arrived late and dead and the second just arrived dead. I was told replacement bouquets would go out but never did. I haven’t received a reply with my request update. I spent so much money and my friends were disappointed. Awful flowers as well as customer service.
