I shouldn't have to talk to someone in Denver about my bill.
Felt like I just walked into a morgue... Staff members standoffish and rude... don't like being talked down to either... morale aweful, people just as aweful... Sucks that we had to go through that as well as trying to recover from a injury....
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY VISIT AS I WAITED AN HOUR AN A HALF FOR A MRI AND WASNT CALLED .I FINALLY LEFT AS I WAS NEVER TOLD FOR THE REASON FOR THE WAIT AND WAS NEVER CALLED .AS I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE CLINIC AND HOSPITAL FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS I MUST SAY SHAME ON YOU FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .SINCERLY SUSAN M. BELCHER.
Absolutely wonderful! I went into labor an delivery to get seen as I was 38weeks n 4days. Having contractions that weren't strong enough but my spouse knew I had to get seen. Took me in. And admitted me and they performed a successful V-Back with my 3rd child. They helped me though everything. All my worries. Was there everytime I called. All the doctors and nurses are very caring and supportive I wouldn't chose any other place to have my baby! GREAT TEAM!
Had eye surgery in September and going in for another on the 13th. Dr. Keenum is wonderful, explains everything and answers my questions. Everyone from th receptionists, nurses, and surgical staff are great. I've also had to start going to Nephrology, and they are very accomidating. Very little wait time and seemed to adjust their schedule to accommodate mine. Have seen the Dr., and her PA. impressed with them both. Was even asked if it was OK to schedule my next appointment with the P.A.
