We were very well treated there; Grace (age 10 - Silas' twin) mentioned "everybody sure is nice here!" She had just exchanged greetings with one of the maintenance ladies in the hallway. Even though we were only there as "family members" we were treated with respect and kindness.
We go to have my sons infusions every 3 months. Dr. Wood and the infusion nurses are so warm and polite. We feel comfortable with them taking care of my son.
Awesome patient care. Helpful in getting to the right spot at the right time.
I'm not gonna lie. Some Billings clinic employees are ruled. like the one lady who checked me in yesterday no names but get rid of people like that all in all doctors are 89%pct alright
Just such a blessing that VA again authorized my husband to see the amazing Dr. Scott Milliken, Cardiovascular Surgeon. All of the staff is personal and friendly. It is a comfortable experience.
It's a very nice professional friendly staff enjoyed everything and the Drs ....Overall wonderful experience
They take the time to explain everything. Answer questions without hurries. Appointment time is mostly on time. When calling for appointment they are good at getting multiple Dr in same day as needed.
I love it my Doc. She Is so amazing never thought of my experience being this awesome �� I'd totally recommend this to anyone moving to Bozeman
For an organization that prides itself as a positive fixture of the community, you certainly don't treat your neighbors with much respect: swallowing up the neighborhood with private parking lots rather than building a parking garage that would serve your patients better as well. The fact that you didn't replace or provide alternative parking opportunities for the residents who's neighborhood you share says a lot about how you view your neighbors.
